| Wells Automotive did an excellent job on my 2010 Saab 9-5 Aero. Katie communicated with me every step of the way and was very polite amd professional. Their prices are more then fair and the quality of work is top notch. They will be my go to shop for any and all repairs for my Saab. I trust Wells Automotive to ensure my car stays running in tip top shape. |

| My experience here was wonderful! When I first walked in for my appointment, I wasn't immediately impressed. There were 3 people sitting there and for about 30 to 45 seconds or so no one spoke or acknowledged my presence. I started to turn around and walk out. Finally, I was greeted which still didn't feel very welcoming, but it was better than nothing. Over the course of the next day and a half, my experience improved. The rep that I worked with, I think his name was Harold, was knowledgeable and courteous. He ensured that I understood what the repairs were and why they were needed. He made sure to call for approval before fixing things. I'm very satisfied and will be taking my other vehicle there as well. |

| Wells technicians are always willing to help. I didn't know why the tire-pressure light stayed on, even after I put more air in the tire, but they kindly checked, and then showed me where the reset button is. I take my car to Wells Automotive regularly and am happy with their service. |

| Personally I believe honesty is extremely important in this business. I brought my car in after running over a piece of concrete. They actually found no damage with no charge. I did opt for needed maintenance. |

| If you want an honest and reliable service for all your vehicles you must go to Wells, they are the best and can be trusted 100%, they will not tell you something you need that you don't really need. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful you will find. They will always go above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone!!!!! |

| My latest visit went very well. The staff all wore face masks, and during my time in the waiting room, only one other customer was briefly there, and we practiced social distancing. Wells Automotive did as much as feasibly possible to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. The technician completed all requested repairs, and it appeared that he wiped down the areas that he was in contact with on the interior of my car. Thank you, staff and technicians for making my visit pleasant and safe. |

| We have both family and friends now using Wells Automotive, they are great to deal with and we have not had one problem, with the response, price or attention to detail. The time that has taken to correct problems is great too. I would say if you are in the market for a mechanic, give Well's a call. |

| Good quality work done in timley maner ever during pandemic got alightment car drives good even was told my about my brakes for no charge I'm a mechanic so not a problem but nice to get information without always paying out ridiculous bills |

| Wells is by far the most professional and trustworthy mechanics we've ever dealt with. They have worked on three vehicles for us and have performed very well. They are quick to assess the vehicle, give us very candid and honest information on what is wrong and how critical a problem it is, their mechanics and office personnel alike are very knowledgeable and friendly. Specifically the owner Ray and his daughter Katie have taken more than expected time with us, to point things out, explain, and get to the bottom of our truck trouble. Sometimes you find a business that you become confident in and trust that you will ALWAYS get good service and fair treatment there -- Wells is one of those places. |
