I took my car in for it's 30,000 check up and oil change. Chris checked me in. Afterwords, I received a call and e-mail detailing items they found. The oil change and wiper blades was all I really needed. I was very happy with the service. |

Amazing experience-lovely people there, I spoke with Howard, Kate, and Chris and all of them were so friendly and helpful. They put in the parts for my trunk at no extra cost after I had gone there for a brake and solenoid replacement. The brakes and solenoid they did at a fair price, and Howard took the time to explain everything to me which I really appreciated. The price was fair, and I appreciated the courtesy car report Wells sent afterwards which I was not expecting. I?m now getting my boyfriends truck fixed, and they have been great at keeping me informed of what they?re fixing and why, every step of the way. Wells has been hands down the best automotive shop I?ve been to-thanks! |

The staff and service at Wells Automotive are excellent! They listen to what you tell them and try everything possible to find the issue and correct it. And if you get there and something is ?off? when you pick up your vehicle they come right out and correct it or do everything forget can to find it. |

Wells Automotive did an excellent job on my 2010 Saab 9-5 Aero. Katie communicated with me every step of the way and was very polite amd professional. Their prices are more then fair and the quality of work is top notch. They will be my go to shop for any and all repairs for my Saab. My experience here was wonderful! When I first walked in for my appointment, I wasn't immediately impressed. There were 3 people sitting there and for about 30 to 45 seconds or so no one spoke or acknowledged my presence. I started to turn around and walk out. Finally, I was greeted which still didn't feel very welcoming, but it was better than nothing. Over the course of the next day and a half, my experience improved. The rep that I worked with, I think his name was Harold, was knowledgeable and courteous. He ensured that I understood what the repairs were and why they were needed. He made sure to call for approval before fixing things. I'm very satisfied and will be taking my other vehicle there as well. |

Wells technicians are always willing to help. I didn't know why the tire-pressure light stayed on, even after I put more air in the tire, but they kindly checked, and then showed me where the reset button is. I take my car to Wells Automotive regularly and am happy with their service. |
