I was a little upset over having to pay for a diagnostic as I thought the paperwork from veip would suffice, in addition I had a diagnostic run at bmw a few months back. Felt like I was just wasting money. Was just hoping for the quickest and least expensive route to pass the veip or get a waiver. Overall staff was great. |

| I took my car in for a catalytic converter replacement. I really like the online quote process so that I knew exactly what to expect in terms of cost beforehand (and to shop around). The online scheduling system is also pretty good. The customer service was great too; they helped find an aftermarket part which saved me money. Front desk was great. My only complaint was that when I picked up my car, the engine light was still on because they didn?t clear the error code and a new error appeared because they also didn?t tighten what was loosened to replace the part so I had to back and wait another 3 hours to fix, which I wasn?t happy about. However, they didn?t charge to fix issue though. |
