| This shop has always provided me with excellent service at very reasonable prices. They keep excellent records for my vehicles and are happy to break down repair estimates to make it easier for me to plan incremental repairs to fit my budget. I use this shop for routine preventative maintenance with complete confidence--they always alert me whenever they find something that over time can impact safety. One of my cars is over 15 years old and they keep it in excellent riunning condition. Great service every time! |

| I have been using Wells Automotive for all my auto needs. We had an issue with our Beetle, and Ray would not give up on it until he fixed the issue!. He did and did not charge more than his original estimate, although I'm sure he had more time than he estimated. Wonderful shop, friendly people, and fair and honest pricing. Couldn't ask for a better repair facility. |

| Very professional and customer service oriented. I was a little upset over having to pay for a diagnostic as I thought the paperwork from veip would suffice, in addition I had a diagnostic run at bmw a few months back. Felt like I was just wasting money. Was just hoping for the quickest and least expensive route to pass the veip or get a waiver. Overall staff was great. |

| I took my car in for a catalytic converter replacement. I really like the online quote process so that I knew exactly what to expect in terms of cost beforehand (and to shop around). The online scheduling system is also pretty good. The customer service was great too; they helped find an aftermarket part which saved me money. Front desk was great. My only complaint was that when I picked up my car, the engine light was still on because they didn?t clear the error code and a new error appeared because they also didn?t tighten what was loosened to replace the part so I had to back and wait another 3 hours to fix, which I wasn?t happy about. However, they didn?t charge to fix issue though. |
