I come all the way from Randallstown for service on my vehicle; that should be an indication of how pleased I am with the service I receive there. The technicians are very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Ray and Company! |

I took my car in for a catalytic converter replacement. I really like the online quote process so that I knew exactly what to expect in terms of cost beforehand (and to shop around). The online scheduling system is also pretty good. The customer service was great too; they helped find an aftermarket part which saved me money. Front desk was great. My only complaint was that when I picked up my car, the engine light was still on because they didn?t clear the error code and a new error appeared because they also didn?t tighten what was loosened to replace the part so I had to back and wait another 3 hours to fix, which I wasn?t happy about. However, they didn?t charge to fix issue though. |

Always very happy with the end result.? |

A/C is still not working after a couple of visits and over $800. Never any issues otherwise. |

I took my 2006 Mini Cooper to Wells in the end of February to have it inspected. Michael Culler inspected it. He did the inspection and then called me to tell me what I needed to do before he would pass it. 1. I needed to have a tiny mirror (it was on top of the passenger side mirror) removed. 2. And I had after market fog lights on my car that needed to be removed as well. I asked him how much would it be if they did the work there. He told me it would be over $200 to have the 2 inch mirror removed and the fog lights taken off. I wanted my car back as soon as possible so I just said screw it and told them to do the work. I work with cars and know about the time that?s needed to do those two things. I also called around to get estimates from other shops (I called 3 of them, of course it was after I already told Wells to go ahead and just do the work) and none of them said over $150. They called me and told me my car was done, I went there to pick it up. I paid my bill and then said where are my fog lights? They came on the car when I purchased it they belong to me. The guy behind the counter says ?hold on let me go get him?. A guy who I believe was Michael Culler comes out empty handed and says ?can I help you?. I said ?yes I want my fog lights?. He says ?oh I didn?t think you wanted them?. I said ?you never asked me if I wanted them?. He then goes and gets my fog lights , they were thrown in a box all in disarray. About a month later I go to put the after market fog lights back on my car and I can?t put them back on because whoever took them off my car cut the wiring so bad there was nothing I could do. I can?t reattach them because they messed up the wiring so bad it?s impossible. It also leads me to believe that it took him no time at all to take the lights off with the condition they were in. |

Did not call to inform me that my vehicle was ready. Acted like I didn?t know what I was talking about when it came to brake rotors. Tried to scam me out of $10. If you?re going there to blindly listen to them, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, be careful. They don?t explain anything. Not helpful. |
